FILTEX
Floor type, supply air unit with G4 filters
Airef 'Filtex' units are also called fresh-air units without cooling, as they only incorporate belt driven DIDW fan sections and free inlet G4 filters in a double skin cabinet. These units are used primarily for pressurization of certain spaces as well as to provide make-up air in the closed areas from where air is being extracted.
Range: 1000 CFM to 46000 CFM
Applications: Lift-wells, Staircases, commercial kitchens, manufacturing areas, smoke producing closed areas, warehouses, generator rooms etc.

VENTEX
Air Washers - Evaporative cooling units
Airef manufactures direct-evaporative cooling units using the high efficiency rigid cellulose pads. The units are based on adiabatic cooling process to cool down ambient air and are mostly used for large spaces such as production halls and warehouses. The air is filtered using Aluminum course filters before entering the area. DIDW centrifugal fans used are belt-driven using TEFC motors.
Range: 2000 CFM to 80000 CFM
Applications: Warehouses, poultry farms, greenhouses, generator rooms, schools, commercial kitchens, storage halls, production and assembly areas etc.

eco VENTEX
Economical air washers
Smaller models of 'Ventex' (air washers) are available in economical variant called 'Eco Ventex' designed for applications involving lesser air flows. The casing and the tank are made out of powder coated galvanized sheet with internally insulated top. All other components are same as that of 'Ventex', such as DIDW centrifugal fans and TEFC 3 phase motors.
Range: 2000 CFM to 6000 CFM
Applications: Schools, commercial kitchens, storage halls, production and assembly areas etc.

IDECAIR
Double-stage air washers
As an extension to direct evaporative coolers, Airef has rolled out a series of Indirect-Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) units for applications where adiabatic cooling needs to be carried out without addition of excessive moisture in the supply air stream. The 'Idecair' units use a specially developed heat-mass exchanger for indirect evaporation and cellulose media for direct evaporation processes. The use of plug fans & optional VFDs makes these units suitable to work with varying ambient conditions.
Range: 6000 CFM to 16000 CFM
Applications: Warehouses, poultry farms, greenhouses, generator rooms, schools, commercial kitchens, storage halls, production and assembly areas etc.

TF-AIR
Treated fresh air (TFA) units
Airef manufactures treated fresh air units, that utilize 100% fresh air (outside air) and supply it to the conditioned areas, in both ceiling and floor mounted configurations. The double skinned casing with optional 'thermal break' type framework ensures zero condensate on unit's exterior. The units are equipped with inlet air flange to connect the fresh air (outside air) duct in case of indoor installation.
Range: 600 CFM to 20000 CFM
Applications: Warehouses, poultry farms, greenhouses, generator rooms, schools, commercial kitchens, storage halls, production and assembly areas etc.
